Paralyzed ex-BU hockey player Roy dies at 45

Travis Roy, who was paralyzed just seconds into his first college hockey game at Boston University in 1995, has died at the age of 45. His foundation has since helped spinal cord injury survivors live more independent lives through grants and research.
